‘Rethinking the Supermarket’ is the 10th episode of The Retail Exchange and our Design Director, Sarah Fairhurst, will appear alongside other industry experts to discuss the challenges that face grocery retail. The panel will discuss what the future looks like for the sector as it moves away from one based on functional transactions to one that needs to deliver a seamless, life-orientated experience for the shopper, regardless of channel.
