Our Strategy Director Paul West recently appeared in Retail Focus‘s podcast, The Retail Exchange, hosted by freelance journalist Declan Curry.

He was joined by leading figures in the retail design industry – including Nathan Watts of Fitch, Karl McKeever of Visual Thinking and James Breaks of rpa:group – to discuss the highs and lows of ‘Store of the Future’ concepts and what can be done to avoid ‘launch and leave’ syndrome.
