Pleased to share that Anna Sanders, Design Director will be speaking at the South Africa Shopping Centre Association research & insight virtual event this week

The 3-day event focuses on the three main pillars of the CONSUMER, TRENDS and TECHNOLOGY. The needs of the consumer are changing rapidly. Technology solutions have always moved at a pace however this pace seems to have fast-tracked in many areas. Understanding these key elements as well as identifying trends will assist us in keeping ahead in this fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Anna will be speaking on Wednesday, the TRENDS day, of this exciting event, when she will be discussing New-Era Retail = Retail’s Future Formats. Retail, and especially physical retail, has been challenged in recent times, but we are seeing more innovative and creative strategies that better connect with consumers, and redefining what effective design means for retail formats.
