Little House of Oasis is the latest in a four-year collaboration between D&P and British high street fashion brand Oasis. The new heartland store – the first of its kind for the brand – has just opened in the historic Surrey market town of Farnham.
Set in a Grade II listed building and housed within under 100sqm, the bespoke and innovative design allows the store to offer a wide range of styles at a lower density, displaying collections on tables and single side hung perimeter rails.
Complementing the building’s historical architecture, we’ve juxtaposed old and new, adding modern insertions to highlight the heritage space. A handpainted Oasis logo hangs over the entrance and customers enter through a signature Oasis pink door. One-of-a-kind furniture finds sit alongside the brand’s House of Oasis unique store concept – a design concept which has successfully been rolled out across 35 stores and concessions in the brand’s portfolio – including a giant mounted duck head dressed in sunglasses and pearls and a scattering of pink floorboards. Emphasis is placed on enjoying the whole shopping experience and taking time to browse. A window bay accommodates a large feature sofa to give customers a space to relax and enjoy a complimentary coffee or a glass of prosecco.
As part of Oasis’ extensive, multi-million pound refit programme across the country, Farnham’s Little House of Oasis store is the first of a number of smaller format, local market-town stores planned for the brand.
