We recently learned that kikki.K has come first place in two categories at this year’s Retail Customer Excellence Awards.

The In-Store Customer Experience Award recognises those who create a unique in-store customer experience and a strong point of difference to competitors, through influential and innovative strategies, while the Customer Excellence Team Award is all about service and the seamless integration of service across multiple channels merging the on and offline retail environments to create a superior customer experience and an authentic brand experience.

We designed kikki.K’s flagship store in Chadstone Shopping Centre, Melbourne to reflect the aspirational lifestyle brand as it is today. The ‘kikki.K Studio’ is an engaging space for making, teaching and meeting in the city, where Swedish style meets a laid-back Melbourne attitude. Stationery lovers can come and explore their creativity in a space where kikki.K’s brand values, ‘Dream. Do. Enjoy. Share.’ really come to life. As if stepping into a working creative studio, a huge, central workshop table hosts a whole range of events that reflect the brand’s philosophy, from product demos to ‘Happiness and Wellbeing Workshops’.
