Both concepts have been shortlisted in the Outstanding Store Design category.
We’re very excited to share that Boots Covent Garden and Primark Birmingham have both been shortlisted in the World Retail Awards 2020 in the Outstanding Store Design over 1200sqm category! Congratulations and best of luck to everyone involved in both projects.
The Boots flagship in Covent Garden has positioned the brand as a beauty authority whilst maintaining its accessible, all-inclusive ethos that has made Boots a high street favourite for decades. The 'store of the future' concept features a reinvented Beauty offer including live demonstration spaces, a revamped Pharmacy department and a new Wellness Hall with Boots' biggest wellness range to date.
Primark Birmingham is the brand's largest store and provides shoppers with a retail destination in its own right. A ‘city of stories’ concept lies at the heart of the store design, with localised touches calling out Birmingham’s friendly atmosphere and making shoppers feel at home. The new concept develops Primark's Beauty offering and incorporates a host of things for shoppers to enjoy in-store - from coffee shops to beauty services and a hairdressers.
The World Retail Awards have been recognising excellence in the retail sector for the past 13 years. Winners will be announced in September.
