The concepts we worked on for both brands have been shortlisted in the Store of the Year Large Format category.
We’re very excited to share that Boots Covent Garden and Primark Birmingham have both been shortlisted for the Retail Week Awards 2020 in the Store of the Year - Large Format category! Congratulations and best of luck to everyone involved in both projects.
The new Boots flagship in Covent Garden opened earlier this year and positioned the brand as a beauty authority whilst maintaining its accessible, all-inclusive ethos that has made Boots a high street favourite for decades. The 'store of the future' concept features a reinvented Beauty offer including live demonstration spaces, a revamped Pharmacy department and a new Wellness Hall with Boots' biggest wellness range to date.
Primark Birmingham is the brand's largest store to date and provides shoppers with a retail destination in its own right - travel agents across the country are even offering day trips to the store. A ‘city of stories’ concept lies at the heart of the store design, with localised touches calling out Birmingham’s friendly atmosphere and making shoppers feel at home. The new concept develops Primark's Beauty offering and incorporates a host of things for shoppers to enjoy in-store - from coffee shops to beauty services and a hairdressers.
The Retail Week Awards have been recognising excellence in the retail sector for the past 25 years. Winners are awarded at the ceremony on 12th March 2020.
