Designed for the sisterhood, these initial four brand spaces reflect their locations and celebrate local heritage and beauty..
Asteri - named after Asteria, the Greek goddess of falling stars - has taken a constellation approach to retail, with four new brand homes reflecting their locations, celebrating local heritage and beauty, while collectively shining brighter and representing the beautiful diversity of women.
Asteri Beauty is committed to investing in brand homes designed for the sisterhood - reflecting the changing role of physical retail as a place to connect with a discerning, playful and aesthetically astute audience. The initial four brand homes are a place to meet like-minded people, learn from each other, enjoy social shopping without pressure, and celebrate local heritage and stories, while reflecting a new face of Saudi Beauty.
Riyadh - The inaugural brand home
Their first permanent space was launched in Riyadh, Asteri’s home, with a space designed to reflect the eclectic brand expression and product range, and a choice of mix-and-match materials, colours and textures encouraging discovery and tactility. This is an open, social design that inspires togetherness and conversation.
Jeddah - The Blue Showstopper
In the port city of Jeddah, and the principal gateway to Mecca Sharif, is a space designed to reflect its location and the vitality of the Red Sea. Passers-by cannot help but be drawn to the expressive brand facade with a rippled metallic facia that echoes the sea’s ebb and flow, the open communal play table and the bespoke electric blue central light feature.
Dhahran - The Arabian Pearl
The suspended strands of pearlescent lights - inspired by the Dhahran’s connection to the Gulf’s famous Arabian Pearls - draw you in, and cast a soft lustre on the undulating feature wall. This space is unapologetically feminine and bold, curvaceous and strong, with contrasting textures and colours of mix-and-match elements, designed to surprise and show the bold range in its best light.
Abha - The Green Mountain
The bespoke light installation references Abha’s iconic Green Mountain and unique topography, alongside a subtle horizon line that traces the space’s perimeter, paying homage to the local Al-Qatt tradition of women decorating their homes with a distinct colourful line. Customers can gather and explore around the lilac jesmonite tables, a vibrant colour inspired by the local jacaranda flowers and richly pigmented Maha Eyeshadow Palettes.
More Stars will be landing across the region later this year, watch this space.
